Every traveler completes ID verification and earns ratings from past deliveries. You only see travelers with 4☆+ reviews.

What if my item is delayed or damaged?

Our escrow covers you—if your item isn’t delivered as promised or arrives damaged, you get a full refund.

Are customs duties included?

We estimate duties upfront. Travelers declare the purchase honestly, and you can cover any official fees at pickup.

How much does this cost?

You pay the item cost + traveler’s service fee (set by the traveler) + a small platform commission. No extra markups.
